How do I sign up as a member?

Click on "Join Now" or visit our registration page, select "Member" as your role, complete the registration form with valid information, verify your email address, and complete mandatory identity verification through iDenfy. The membership fee is €15 for 3 months access.

What is included in the membership?

Membership includes full access to browse verified models and their detailed profiles, secure booking system with contract protection, 24/7 customer support, booking protection and insurance, dispute resolution services, and access to exclusive premium models. Membership is valid for 90 days and can be renewed.

How do I book a model?

Browse available models using our advanced search filters, select your preferred model, review their services and rates, choose your preferred date and time, specify service requirements, make the required 30% downpayment securely, and receive booking confirmation with all details.

What verification is required for members?

All members must complete comprehensive identity verification through iDenfy using a valid government-issued ID (passport, national ID card, or driving license). This ensures platform safety and compliance. Verification typically takes 24-48 hours and is required before booking.

Can I request specific services or arrangements?

Yes, you can specify detailed service requirements and special arrangements during the booking process. All requests must comply with our terms and conditions and local laws. Models can accept or decline specific requests, and all agreements are documented in binding booking contracts.

What if I am not satisfied with a booking?

We have a comprehensive dispute resolution process to protect members. Contact our support team within 24 hours of your booking with detailed feedback and any evidence. We investigate all complaints thoroughly and may provide refunds, credits, or alternative arrangements for legitimate complaints.

How do I communicate with models before booking?

Our platform provides a secure messaging system for pre-booking communication. You can discuss services, preferences, and arrangements directly with models while maintaining privacy and security for both parties.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards, debit cards, bank transfers, and popular European payment methods through our secure Mollie payment gateway. All transactions are encrypted and your financial information is never stored on our servers.

Can I leave reviews and ratings?

Yes, after completing a booking, you can leave honest reviews and ratings for models. This helps other members make informed decisions and helps maintain service quality across the platform. All reviews are moderated for appropriateness.
