Standard FMTY Cancellation Terms

Client Cancellation:

• 14-30 days before: 50% of companion fee forfeited + non-refundable travel costs
• 7-14 days before: 75% of companion fee forfeited + all travel costs
• <7 days before: 100% of fees forfeited + all travel costs

Companion Cancellation:

• Full refund to client for any reason (maintaining professional reputation)
• Companion absorbs any incurred travel costs

Force Majeure (Both Parties Protected):

• Natural disasters, political unrest, pandemic restrictions
• Full refund minus unrecoverable travel costs
