1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing and using MyBookXXX.com (the "Platform"), you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.
2. Age Requirement
You must be at least 21 years of age to use this Platform. By using the Platform, you represent and warrant that you are at least 21 years old.
3. User Accounts
Registration requires valid identification and contact information. MyBookXXX reserves the right to verify user identities and may suspend accounts pending verification.
4. Platform Usage
MyBookXXX operates solely as an intermediary platform connecting service providers with clients. We do not provide escort services directly.
5. Payments and Payment Processing
5.1 Payment Structure
All booking deposits are processed through the following payment structure in compliance with Dutch legislation:
- Deposit Payment: Members pay a 30% deposit to Stichting Derdengelden My Books Media via Mollie payment processing
- Payment Hold: Stichting Derdengelden My Books Media holds the deposit until service completion
- Commission Deduction: My Books Media BV charges a 25% commission (minimum €25 including VAT) for platform services
- Net Payout: Stichting Derdengelden My Books Media pays the remaining deposit amount minus the commission to the service provider
- Invoice Generation: My Books Media BV generates invoices for the commission and platform services
5.2 Third-Party Payment Foundation
Important: All financial transactions are processed through Stichting Derdengelden My Books Media, an independent Dutch foundation established to handle third-party payments in compliance with Dutch financial regulations. This foundation:
- Receives all member deposit payments via Mollie payment processor
- Holds funds in segregated accounts until service completion
- Ensures payment security and regulatory compliance
- Processes payouts to service providers after commission deduction
- Operates independently from My Books Media BV
5.3 Commission and Invoicing
My Books Media BV operates as the platform provider and:
- Charges a 25% commission on deposits (minimum €25 including VAT)
- Issues invoices to service providers for commission fees
- Handles VAT obligations according to EU regulations
- Provides UBL 2.1 compliant invoices for business records
5.4 Payment Timeline
- Deposit: Required before booking confirmation
- Processing: Payments processed within 24 hours via Mollie
- Payout: Service providers receive payment within 48 hours after service completion confirmation
- Commission Invoice: Generated automatically upon successful deposit payment
6. Privacy and Data Protection

7. Safety and Security
Users are responsible for their personal safety. MyBookXXX provides safety guidelines but cannot guarantee user safety during private appointments.
8. Disclaimer
MyBookXXX acts solely as an intermediary platform. We are not responsible for the quality, safety, or legality of services provided by independent service providers.
9. Limitation of Liability
MyBookXXX liability is limited to the platform service fees paid. We are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
10. Termination
Either party may terminate their account at any time. MyBookXXX reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts for terms violations.
11. Changes to Terms
These terms may be updated periodically. Users will be notified of significant changes via email or platform notifications.
12. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Netherlands and Belgium, with jurisdiction in the appropriate courts.
