MyBookXXX prioritizes consent, safety, and mutual respect in every interaction across our verified platform

The FRIES Framework for Consent

MyBookXXX uses the internationally recognized FRIES model for understanding and practicing consent:

F - Freely Given

What it means: Consent must be given without pressure, coercion, manipulation, or threats.

In practice:

Red flags: Intoxication, power imbalances, financial desperation, fear-based compliance

R - Reversible

What it means: Consent can be withdrawn at ANY time, for ANY reason, without explanation required.

In practice:

Example: "I know we agreed to 2 hours, but I'm not comfortable continuing. I'd like to end the booking now."

I - Informed

What it means: All parties must have complete, accurate information to make informed decisions.

In practice:

Violations: Bait-and-switch tactics, misleading photos, undisclosed fees, misrepresenting services

E - Enthusiastic

What it means: Consent should be active, engaged, and positive - not reluctant or passive.

In practice:

Warning signs: Silence, hesitation, stiffening, lack of participation, verbal agreement but negative body language

S - Specific

What it means: Consent to one thing is NOT consent to everything. Each activity requires separate consent.

In practice:

Example: Instead of "Are you okay with everything?" ask "May I [specific activity]?"

Sample Negotiation Template:

"I'd like to confirm what we discussed: [duration] appointment, [location type], services include [list], boundaries are [list]. Protection will be used for all activities. Is this your understanding as well? Anything you'd like to add or clarify?"

Possible responses:

Example 2: Recognizing Withdrawal

Scenario: During booking, companion becomes quiet and stops participating actively.

✓ Correct response:

"I notice you've become quiet. Are you okay? Would you like to pause or stop?"

If response indicates discomfort:

If You Experience Consent Violation:

Platform Action: Reported user will be immediately suspended pending investigation. Confirmed violations result in permanent ban and potential legal action.

Special Considerations

Intoxication & Consent
